•Execute resource management and data monitoring, providing operational support for key creator projects.

•Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and the ability to process data for actionable insights.
•Strong data analysis/data processing capabilities, structured analysis, and framework thinking; model-building capabilities are preferred.
•Solid desk research and strong summarization/extraction capabilities across complex information.
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to be self-driven, result-oriented, and handle work pressure.
