You will lead office operations, events, onboarding logistics, and employee engagement, collaborating with the Senior Workplace Manager and Office Administrator to continuously improve the workplace experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Office Operations: Ensure the office is consistently clean, organized, well-stocked, and fully functional through regular walkthroughs and proactive issue resolution.
•Event Support: Support the planning and execution of workplace events, including logistics, vendor coordination, setup, and teardown.
•Employee Experience & Engagement: Help deliver a positive, inclusive workplace by supporting engagement initiatives, team events, and day-to-day employee needs.
•Onboarding & Office Logistics: Prepare workspaces and coordinate logistics for new hires and visiting employees to ensure a seamless experience from day one.
•Office Projects & Space Updates: Support internal office changes such as furniture updates, reconfigurations, and small-scale remodels.
