Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of Receiving Specialists; assign work, provide training, and ensure receiving process quality.
  • •Oversee receipt of incoming materials and packages; transact receipts in the ERP/WMS system and process hold packages.
  • •Create, print, and apply routing labels/identifiers; maintain accurate incoming paperwork records.
  • •Verify received materials against documentation (damage checks, correct part numbers, and quantities) and resolve discrepancies with internal teams, vendors, and carriers.
  • •Support inventory integrity by coordinating return shipments and reviewing stagnant inventory/location accuracy and reconciliation; document non-conformances and support corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •3+ years of experience in receiving, supply chain, warehouse, or manufacturing, including at least 1 year in a lead, senior, or supervisory capacity.
  • •Experience operating a forklift and other powered industrial equipment.
  • •Ability to work either day shift (6:00 AM–4:00 PM) or night shift (6:00 PM–4:00 AM), Monday–Friday, with weekends included as needed.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and perform extended physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
