Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect and align the NFRM plan with expectations, communicate it to internal stakeholders, and update relevant Connect pages.
  • •Design NFRM training materials and deliver the rollout of training and awareness activities.
  • •Organize workshops for Top Non-Financial Risk Assessment, document results, and populate data into the NFRM tool.
  • •Define and document controls, prepare and execute the annual control testing plan, collect evidence, review results, and agree action plans.
  • •Administer Risk Management tools by classifying user queries, developing quick user guides and training materials, maintaining coding rules, and performing user access reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret data effectively, and to synthesize large volumes into clear outputs.
  • •Solid understanding of risk management principles, particularly non-financial risk management, along with finance acumen.
  • •Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment and interact smoothly across all organizational levels.
  • •Demonstrated initiative and accountability, with openness to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and tools.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
