Job Summary

Embedded in the business as a trusted advisor to Revenue and Customer leaders, this role develops leaders, drives talent strategy and organizational effectiveness, and partners with the People team to align hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning with business goals. You’ll coach leaders, navigate org health, and help scale teams in a high-growth, SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Be a Strategic Partner: Serve as the embedded People Partner for Revenue and Customer leaders, acting as a trusted advisor who improves team effectiveness, drives business outcomes, and helps leaders navigate ambiguity, scale, and organizational change.
•Develop & Coach Leaders: Coach leaders through performance, conduct, development, and retention decisions while strengthening leadership capability across the organization; drive performance management, calibration, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
•Navigate Org Health: Use engagement data, attrition signals, and pattern recognition to identify org health issues and performance gaps, then provide leaders with actionable perspectives.
•Lead Through Friction: Coach leaders to address issues early and decisively, navigate escalations with sound judgment and integrity.
•Partner Across People Team: Work closely with TA, L&D, and Total Rewards on hiring strategy, onboarding, workforce planning, and cross-functional initiatives.

Key Requirements

•6–8+ years in a strategic talent role within a high-growth or technology environment, including proven experience partnering with revenue and/or customer teams in a SaaS context.
•Deep passion for talent development and leadership coaching as a strategic driver of company performance.
•Executive presence with high emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate difficult conversations with integrity.
•High agency and change leadership, with comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and a bias for action.
•Cross-functional collaboration and fluency with technology to improve decision-making, workflows, and organizational effectiveness.
