Job Summary

Senior Relationship Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering personalized service, achieving maximum profitable contribution, and cross-selling Mashreq Gold products. You’ll source new business, maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue targets through upsell/cross-sell across a range of bank services within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide portfolio of HNW clients with personalized service to develop close relationships and achieve maximum profitable contribution for the client and the bank.
•Enhance Mashreq Gold balance sheet sales revenues and promote cross selling of bank products to existing clients.
•Source new business from HNW Mashreq Gold individuals through referrals, marketing activities and personal contacts.
•Ensure clients are aware of all financial services offered by the bank.
•Reach financial goals set for the role by the business including x-sell and up-sell of products to existing and new-to-bank customers.

Key Requirements

•University Graduate
•Strong selling and financial markets knowledge
•Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
•Relationship management networking skills
•Minimum 5-6 years experience in a similar job with another bank/financial services in the UAE
