Key Responsibilities

•Oversee preparation of federal, international, and state income tax returns and related analyses.
•Coordinate timely payment of direct and indirect taxes (sales, use, telecommunications).
•Develop strategies to minimize tax expenses and exposures across federal, state, and international taxes.
•Lead preparation of jurisdictional income tax provisions and ASC 740 disclosures.
•Oversee tax audits and examinations and liaise with auditors and tax authorities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 214,000 - 270,250 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Taxation required; CPA and public accounting experience required.
