Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the enterprise ServiceNow technical roadmap, design standards, governance controls, and reusable solution patterns.
  • •Lead architecture and technical design of complex ServiceNow implementations, integrations, workflows, and platform enhancements.
  • •Champion scalable, upgrade-safe solutions by promoting out-of-the-box capabilities while minimizing customization and reducing technical debt.
  • •Guide data and integration architecture across ServiceNow, CMDB, service mapping, IntegrationHub, MID Server, APIs, and connected enterprise systems.
  • •Advise platform leadership and stakeholders while evaluating adoption of capabilities including Now Assist, AI-enabled workflows, advanced analytics, and enterprise self-service.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree plus at least 10 years of ServiceNow experience, including 2 years of leadership experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Experience defining ServiceNow architecture, technical standards, governance models, and scalable solution patterns in large enterprise environments.
  • •Experience leading the technical design and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions, integrations, workflows, and platform enhancements.
  • •Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow technologies including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, MID Server, UI Builder, and Service Portal.
  • •Experience across multiple ServiceNow capabilities such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CMDB, Employee Center, Service Portals, or workflow automation.
