Job Summary

Lead Mastercard Advisors’ consulting engagements across Türkiye and Azerbaijan, ensuring delivery quality, measurable client impact, and alignment to strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

•Lead project teams to deliver high-quality consulting engagements and actionable recommendations that generate tangible business value.
•Own and manage mid- to senior-level client relationships, shaping client agendas and mitigating relationship risks.
•Manage and grow a diverse consulting team across Türkiye and Azerbaijan, mentoring junior teammates and strengthening knowledge management practices.
•Partner with country managers and internal teams (IMK, CSC, Business Development) to align priorities, share market intelligence, and support regional go-to-market initiatives.
•Manage engagement budgets, staffing, and risk; maintain forecast accuracy and ensure compliance with firm policies and profitability goals.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate or master’s degree with significant post-graduate work experience in payments and consulting.
•Deep understanding of Türkiye and Azerbaijan markets, including regulatory frameworks, competitive dynamics, and cultural nuances affecting payments adoption.
•Experience coaching and leading teams across large, strategic consulting engagements with structured problem solving and stakeholder management.
•Strong knowledge of Mastercard products, data assets, and ecosystem partnerships, and how they create competitive advantage and drive client value.
•Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
