Job Summary

Multidisciplinary building mechanical engineering role contributing to proposal development and project delivery in Gatineau. You will manage mechanical systems design and coordination across teams, ensure deliverables meet budgets and schedules, and support senior staff in client relations and technical leadership on building projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to service offers by analyzing bids, risks, fees and contractual requirements with the team.
•Manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules and quality of deliverables.
•Act as deputy project manager on major projects and support the project director in coordinating technical teams.
•Coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration among the various disciplines involved in projects.
•Participate in conceptual studies and the design of plans and specifications while maintaining strong client relationships.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 77,400 - 102,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
•Licensed professional engineer (OIQ) in good standing
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering consulting in Quebec or Canada
•Proven experience in project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French (and/or English)
