Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and present the branch AOP and execution plan to meet targets, delivering revenue and EBDITA through controlled operations and costs.
  • •Plan and execute end-to-end daily branch operations with compliance and customer experience focus across service lines.
  • •Develop peak-season operations plans, including capacity building for infrastructure and manpower.
  • •Track and analyze MIS for branch reviews (MOR) and monitor competitive activities to propose counter-strategies.
