Job Summary

Deliver and implement high-impact consulting engagements for Visa’s U.S. issuing bank clients, helping drive balanced and profitable growth. Lead initiatives that identify opportunities, build frameworks and scalable solutions, and produce actionable insights from large data sets. Partner cross-functionally across marketing, sales, risk, innovation, and global teams to improve client performance, boost growth, and mentor client priorities across verticals and segments.

•Engage with Visa internal teams in regular strategic and planning discussions to identify and develop opportunities.
•Lead consulting initiatives and contribute to closing engagements by identifying potential opportunities with issuing bank partners.
•Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations to address high-impact client opportunities and challenges.
•Build scalable solutions and measurable insights that improve client portfolio growth and customer engagement.
•Collaborate cross-functionally and across regional teams to execute projects and provide strategic mentorship for client priorities.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years with an advanced degree such as a Masters/MBA/JD/MD, or 2 years with a PhD).
•9+ years of relevant work experience (preferred) with a Bachelor’s degree, or 7+ with an advanced degree, or 3+ with a PhD.
•Strong analytical skills with demonstrated intellectual and analytical difficulty.
•Outstanding communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills.
•Prior experience at a large management consulting firm or a U.S. financial institution, including knowledge of banking operations/payment schemes and card issuing experience.
