Key Responsibilities

  • •Own accounts receivable activities for SIN Sales Passenger functions, including reconciling sales, billings, and settlements across payment methods.
  • •Follow up on credit card chargebacks with SIN business units and respond to acquirers timely.
  • •Investigate and resolve irregularities or enquiries.
  • •Accountable for general ledger activities for SIN Sales, including recording/reviewing journal entries, accruals, and monitoring suspense accounts.
  • •Support monthly/quarterly closing activities, checklists, variance analysis review, and IT system enhancement testing where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Possess a Diploma in Accountancy or similar.
  • •Meticulous, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • •Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office—Excel and Word—and IT savy.
  • •Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
