Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Director of Project Management in managing client relationships, driving new revenue, and pursuing contract renewals.
  • •Lead bid teams and proposal generation efforts with business generation and senior management teams.
  • •Provide weekly updates on project status, initiatives, staffing, and issues/conflicts.
  • •Provide line management for assigned staff, including coaching and mentoring to support growth objectives.
  • •Lead financial management tasks including margin tracking, monthly fee/resource forecasts, accurate timely invoicing, and follow-up on receivables.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction; graduate degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant construction project management experience.
  • •Experience effectively managing client accounts and delivering client service.
  • •Experience managing teams of project managers and supporting staff.
  • •Strong knowledge of the construction project life cycle and local construction market; strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
