Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a technical expert for packaging applications for customers manufacturing in Healthcare (Medical) markets across EMEA.
  • •Support customers with standard product selection, application optimization, and commercialization.
  • •Solve complex application issues in collaboration with Sales and Field Technical Service.
  • •Lead and support standard product qualifications, sample testing, and scale-ups at customer sites.
  • •Conduct packaging line and performance evaluations, capturing customer and market insights to identify portfolio gaps and innovation opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in application engineering, technical sales, or similar roles within flexible packaging.
  • •Healthcare market knowledge and exposure (desired).
  • •Strong understanding of packaging materials and customer manufacturing processes.
  • •Ability to assess customer needs and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.
