Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a technical expert for packaging applications for customers manufacturing in Healthcare (Medical) markets across EMEA.
•Support customers with standard product selection, application optimization, and commercialization.
•Solve complex application issues in collaboration with Sales and Field Technical Service.
•Lead and support standard product qualifications, sample testing, and scale-ups at customer sites.
•Conduct packaging line and performance evaluations, capturing customer and market insights to identify portfolio gaps and innovation opportunities.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in application engineering, technical sales, or similar roles within flexible packaging.
•Healthcare market knowledge and exposure (desired).
•Strong understanding of packaging materials and customer manufacturing processes.
•Ability to assess customer needs and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.
•Solid project management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
