Build and operate highly available cloud architectures for production systems, defining SLI/SLOs and error budgets while driving reliability improvements. Lead infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines across Azure and AWS, managing containerized workloads with AKS/EKS. Own monitoring, logging, alerting, incident management, and post-incident reviews, and help ensure cloud security best practices. Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with application and security teams.
