Job Summary

Own the credit team’s process for turning cash-flow based insights into practical, hands-on recommendations for lender decisioning. Drive adoption of Plaid insight data through customer-specific solutions, and serve as a subject matter expert on credit policy implementation. Translate lender objectives and credit strategies into actionable guidance, partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams, and help customers optimize alternative data across the lending lifecycle.

•Improve customer usage of Plaid insight data through adoption of custom solutions tailored to customer needs.
•Serve as a subject matter expert on Plaid’s credit insights and credit policy implementation supporting Data Science, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
•Translate lender objectives and credit strategies into actionable decisioning recommendations.
