Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute missions end-to-end to achieve mission success for customers, managing the full deployment lifecycle from site survey through sustainment.
  • •Plan and execute complex hardware movements and site installations.
  • •Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting and user engagements, resolve issues, escalate when needed, and report status using data.
  • •Communicate plans and timelines to customers and internal counterparts.
  • •Lead a cross-functional/integrated program team to deliver capability, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree or 4+ years experience in a technical field.
  • •Proven customer-facing program management and/or systems engineering experience, preferably in defense, national security, or aerospace.
  • •Proven experience leading a team of peers to field hardware or software products in real operating environments.
  • •Can travel up to 50% of the year.
