Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities for maintenance, repair, and overhaul of heavy equipment, plant machinery, and mobile assets.
  • •Plan and execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance to maximize equipment availability and reliability.
  • •Oversee maintenance and repair of excavators, crawler cranes, mobile cranes, dump trucks, bulldozers, wheel loaders, graders, backhoe loaders, forklifts, telehandlers, and other heavy construction equipment.
  • •Ensure maintenance activities comply with HSE policies, Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems, risk assessments, and safe working procedures.
  • •Diagnose equipment failures, conduct RCA, and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurring breakdowns.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
  • •Minimum 10 years' experience with Heavy Earth Moving equipment.
  • •Experience supervising maintenance, repair, and overhaul of heavy workshop equipment.
  • •Knowledge of OEM specifications and safe working procedures (HSE/PTW).
  • •Ability to diagnose equipment failures and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
