Job Summary

Launch a career in advice-based wealth management through a 22-month phased Advisor Professional Development Program. Learn licensing requirements, then serve as a primary investment services provider for KeyBank’s Mass Affluent clients by delivering needs-based financial plans, growing client relationships, and expanding opportunities across investments and banking. Partner with Retail Branch Managers, branch teams, and Centers of Influence while meeting sales production and referral goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Study and test for completion of required licensing as part of the 22-month program.
•After licensing, provide investment solutions to new and existing Mass Affluent clients and identify relationship opportunities.
•Host Financial Wellness conversations and complete comprehensive financial plans to uncover household growth opportunities and refer accordingly.
•Use a consultative sales process and assessment tools to deliver needs-based financial solutions and meet production/referral goals.
•Coordinate investment product delivery within assigned branches, including coaching/mentoring branch personnel and supporting cross-selling/referral strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27.4 - 41.83 hourly

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree (required).
•Have completed/began CFP (Certified Financial Planner) courses (preferred).
•FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) within 120 days (required).
•FINRA License S7 within 120 days (required).
•FINRA License S66 and Resident State Insurance License within 120 days (required).
