Job Summary

Own Offerwall performance insights and translate complex demand/supply data into actionable growth strategies for clients across APAC. Serve as the go-to product expert with Client Partners, guiding advertisers through dashboard capabilities, advanced campaign strategies, and MMP integrations (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular). Lead post-sale onboarding as the technical integration expert to ensure proper setup, maximize value, and drive upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide integrated, 360-degree Offerwall performance analysis across demand and supply to identify growth opportunities for the Client Partner team.
•Develop tailored, data-driven client growth plans and deliver strategic recommendations based on intensive performance reviews.
•Act as the primary Offerwall product expert in client conversations, covering best practices, dashboard capabilities, and advanced campaign strategy.
•Partner with Client Partners to drive product adoption, surface upsell opportunities, and translate competitive/performance insights into commercial outcomes.
•Lead post-sale onboarding and serve as the technical integration expert to ensure clients are properly set up and able to maximize platform value.

Key Requirements

•Deep product expertise in Offerwall or expert-level hands-on experience with comparable mobile ad tech platforms.
•Expert understanding of CPA, MR-CPE, DR-CPE campaign types, MMP integrations (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular), postback configuration, and event tracking.
•Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data (e.g., ROAS, funnel conversion, publisher-level reporting) and turn it into strategic recommendations.
•Business-level English proficiency to engage clients in a technical sales capacity and communicate complex product details clearly.
•Strong communication and reporting skills to operate in a remote, cross-border setup and influence Client Partners cross-functionally without direct authority.
