Job Summary

Provide on-site, as-needed occupational nursing support to help maintain employee health and safety. You’ll assist with first aid and injury/illness evaluation, coordinate follow-up care, and perform health screenings such as drug testing and pre-employment physicals. Support OSHA/ADA/FMLA compliance, respond to emergencies with CPR/First Aid, and provide ergonomic assessment recommendations while collaborating with HR, Safety, and medical staff. Day/night and weekday/weekend coverage is available.

Key Responsibilities

•Promote employee health and safety by identifying and addressing potential health risks.
•Provide first aid, evaluate workplace injuries, and assist with follow-up care coordination.
•Perform health screenings and testing as needed, including drug screenings and pre-employment physicals.
•Support regulatory compliance with OSHA, ADA, and FMLA and related health regulations.
•Provide emergency response on-site and perform CPR/First Aid as needed, including ergonomic support and safety recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45 hourly

Key Requirements

•Active RN license in Virginia or a Compact State License.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in Family Practice, General Medicine, or Occupational Health.
•Familiarity with workplace injury protocols and return-to-work procedures.
•Strong interpersonal skills and a team-focused attitude.
•Flexibility and reliability for as-needed scheduling.
