Key Responsibilities

  • •Performs repairs / rework on Collins Aerospace nacelle products to support the G400 flight test program.
  • •Performs assembly operations and processes; assembles & fabricates sheet metal.
  • •Reads blueprints, follows written and verbal instructions, and performs basic math calculations.
  • •Works in a team environment, participates in compliance inspection and continuous improvement activities.
  • •Uses basic hand tools, drills, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • •4+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, and/or construction/facilities.
  • •Experience working with hand tools (electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, light equipment, drill motors and air-powered tools).
  • •Aviation structural experience is preferred.
  • •Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings to assemble equipment.
