Job Function: Executive & General Management

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate field inspections to ensure QA/QC compliance across construction sites and workshops.
•Maintain normalized quality standards and traceability of QA/QC processes for project fabrication and assembly.
•Prepare and review inspection reports and non-conformity corrective actions in collaboration with contractors.
•Ensure disciplined adherence to safety procedures and project ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans).
•Coordinate with clients, regulatory bodies, EPC contractors, and site teams to achieve project objectives with minimal supervision.

Key Requirements

•Electrical Engineering degree (Bachelor) or equivalent professional qualification.
•At least 5 years of experience in transmission lines and high-voltage projects (e.g., 220 kV, 500 kV).
•Deep knowledge of discipline codes and applicable standards for design, fabrication and installation of equipment for HV transmission/generation projects.
•Ability to perform field inspections and produce inspection reports for construction activities.
•Capable of coordinating with clients, regulatory bodies, transporters, EPC contractors and site personnel; strong QA/QC and safety focus.
