Job Summary

Own the end-to-end roadmap for strategic, customer-facing autonomy software deployments, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Lead test and evaluation strategy across simulation, Software-in-the-Loop, and Hardware-in-the-Loop, coordinating with T&E teams to prepare software for live flight. Partner across software, systems, quality, flight test, and business/finance stakeholders, facilitate technical decisions through deep vehicle-system fluency, and provide data-driven risk/status updates to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the autonomy roadmap end-to-end, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and execution for customer-facing deployments.
•Lead test and evaluation strategy and execution for simulation, Software-in-the-Loop, Hardware-in-the-Loop, and related test infrastructure.
•Collaborate across software, hardware, chief engineering, program management, business operations, and finance to stay in scope, cost, and schedule.
•Develop technical fluency in vehicle systems to facilitate architectural discussions, evaluate engineering trade-offs, and drive team consensus for customer demonstrations.
•Anticipate engineering bottlenecks and risks, unblock the team with administrative/logistical actions, manage capture programs, and report data-driven status and flight-test debriefs to leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
•4+ years of technical program management, product management, or engineering leadership in aerospace, defense, or autonomous systems.
•Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, rapidly changing environment as a self-starter.
•Ability to travel up to 50% to operations sites and test ranges.
•Strong foundation to develop deep technical fluency in vehicle systems and facilitate technical discussions and trade-offs.
