Job Summary

Manage and optimize product master data across the value chain for BOM and costing in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Prepare readiness master data for new products, maintain data for existing products, ensure quality and timeliness, and drive cross-functional governance to shorten lead times and reduce data errors. Collaborate with production, engineering, and business functions to align data processes with core workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare readiness master data on time for testing phases according to milestones.
•Record and revise master data during testing phases (SOVD) referencing BOM parts and routing information to ensure right quality and timing.
•Monitor timelines and events affecting testing and mass production in relation to Product Master Data.
•Propose improvements and preventive solutions to data quality and streamline working practices within Master Data Organization.
•Represent Pre-Production to participate in cross-functional data management and governance; document and maintain business definitions and processes.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
•5+ years of manufacturing industry experience
•In-depth experience in ERP or MOM processes – Master Data Management
•Operational business experience, ideally in business process design and implementation
•Experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ME or SAP Digital Manufacturing platforms will be an advantage
