Key Responsibilities

•Gather and analyze financial data for clients/prospects, calculate credit metrics, identify risks and mitigants, and assess creditworthiness.
•Model future financial performance and downside scenarios to support underwriting decisions.
•Structure transactions in collaboration with business partners/bankers/relationship managers and act as a value-add advisor to the deal team.
•Prepare credit underwriting documentation and manage enhanced leveraged cash flow due diligence when appropriate.
•Perform ongoing credit monitoring, risk rating, covenant compliance tracking, and review/maintain legal documentation; coordinate problem account actions with asset recovery as needed.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,000 - 181,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of commercial underwriting, credit, banking and/or financial services experience.
•2+ years of experience in agricultural lending.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in finance, accounting, economics and/or business (preferred).
•Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and use financial ratios to assess credit risk.
•Ability to prepare thorough credit underwriting documents and manage the approval process for lending commitments and amendments while ensuring regulatory compliance (KYC/MCA/Patriot Act/OFAC and Beneficial Ownership).
