Key Responsibilities

•Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved
•Manage project scope, resources, and client expectations while proactively identifying risks and opportunities
•Oversee design development for power distribution, lighting, life safety systems, and building systems integration
•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, high-performing building solutions
•Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to repeat business and project growth

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 98,800 - 130,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
•Progressive experience in building systems design
•Proven experience managing or supporting project delivery (schedules, budgets, coordination)
•P.Eng. designation in British Columbia or eligibility
•Strong knowledge of Canadian electrical codes and standards for buildings
