Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary liaison between business growth objectives, manufacturing expansion programs, and external suppliers to ensure supply chain readiness for capacity deployment.
  • •Lead integrated demand, supply, and capacity planning, translating forecasts into actionable supplier and manufacturing readiness plans and developing scenario and risk assessment processes.
  • •Lead supplier readiness and material planning for new product introductions, industrialization, and manufacturing transfers, including establishing sourcing strategies, qualifications, and capacity commitments.
  • •Provide executive supply chain leadership for major capacity expansion and startup initiatives, representing the supply network voice in stage-gate reviews and executive decision-making forums.
  • •Develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting for supplier readiness, launch performance, capacity attainment, and risk exposure; provide ongoing updates and mitigation actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 15 years of progressive supply chain, sourcing, operations, or manufacturing leadership experience.
  • •Demonstrated success leading supply chain strategies for manufacturing expansions, greenfield sites, large-scale launches, or industrialization programs.
  • •Experience in supply network design, demand and capacity planning, supplier development and readiness, strategic sourcing, commodity management, NPI, and product launch support.
