Key Responsibilities

•Provide the highest standard of customer service to Emirates customers.
•Issue Emirates tickets and sell related products, ensuring all rules and customer requests are met.
•Enhance revenue by offering options across products and services (e.g., Skywards membership, stopovers, hotel bookings, upgraded fares).
•Support and advise travel agents on special arrangements, quoting special fares, and completing ticketing formalities.
•Deputise for the Customer Sales and Service Team Leader in their absence and support junior team members with coaching and development activities.

Key Requirements

•2 years in a contact centre or reservations office environment within the airline industry.
•Knowledge of contact centre and airline industry procedures and methodology.
•Complete Standard Fares and Ticketing courses plus Skywards and MARS reservations systems.
•Excellent interpersonal telephone and customer service skills.
•PC-based skills to operate Windows, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
