Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and continuously evolve the roadmap for AI-driven enablement initiatives, prioritizing by field impact, feasibility, and alignment with enterprise AI strategy.
  • •Identify, scope, and execute high-value AI field use cases (e.g., deal support, prospecting, content generation, guided selling), defining success criteria and measuring impact.
  • •Build relationships with field champions to activate power-usage and peer-led adoption, tracking usage, proficiency, and behavior change with AI ops/enablement partners.
  • •Design and drive an ops transformation plan that turns AI pilots into scaled, repeatable processes and removes execution bottlenecks across enablement, ops, and technical teams.
  • •Influence and lead AI governance standards for field tool adoption, including data usage, risk review, tool vetting, and alignment with company-wide AI policy.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of experience in enablement, sales operations, or a related GTM function, owning initiatives end-to-end.
  • •Direct experience evaluating, piloting, or deploying AI tools/solutions in a business context, including being the field’s primary advocate for AI tools.
  • •Proven ability to work closely with product and engineering teams, translating field needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
  • •Comfort operating with significant autonomy, structuring ambiguous problems and driving work forward without heavy oversight.
  • •Strong project management instincts to manage multiple workstreams (roadmap, use cases, ops transformation, governance) in parallel.
