Key Responsibilities

  • •Scale financial data architecture by partnering with Data Engineering to design, optimize, and maintain financial data warehouses using Snowflake.
  • •Define, write, and maintain SQL queries and dbt models to transform raw data into clean, audit-ready financial metrics.
  • •Manage spend forecast and actuals in the planning tool (Pigment) and optimize spend using AI exploration and trend analysis.
  • •Architect automated pipelines to track user and revenue metrics including CAC, LTV, payback periods, and IRR.
  • •Build dashboards with Looker/HEX for executive self-service reporting and conduct ad-hoc strategic analytics for high-stakes business cases.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience at a high-growth SaaS/tech company.
  • •Advanced SQL (window functions, CTEs, and query optimization) and experience with Snowflake, AWS, and HEX.
  • •Experience with dbt for data transformation and/or workflow orchestration (e.g., Airflow).
  • •High proficiency in Python for automating financial workflows (including Pandas and NumPy).
  • •Expert-level BI/reporting in Looker, HEX, and/or Pigment, including dynamic reporting layers using financial metrics like LTV, CAC, payback, and churn.
