Key Responsibilities

  • •Support event preparation across Forum flagship and community events, ensuring operational readiness and coordination with relevant teams.
  • •Maintain innovator community integrity, including sending onboarding and offboarding materials to companies.
  • •Ensure companies are promptly and accurately removed from communities once they leave.
  • •Manage unpaids by coordinating with internal stakeholders to follow up and resolve outstanding cases.
  • •Identify and assess prospective Technology Pioneers, Global Innovators, and other emerging companies aligned with Forum priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in business, international affairs, technology, public policy, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of relevant experience in a start-up ecosystem, venture capital, corporate innovation, community management, consulting, or an international organization.
  • •Strong understanding of emerging technologies, entrepreneurship, and global innovation ecosystems.
  • •Strong operational and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
