Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning and delivery of preventative maintenance and annual testing programmes to maximize ride availability and performance.
  • •Oversee maintenance, repair, and lifecycle management of rides, attractions, facilities, utilities, and associated infrastructure.
  • •Manage and develop a multidisciplinary maintenance team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • •Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards and foster a safety-first culture.
  • •Prepare and manage operating and capital expenditure budgets, coordinate contractors and external specialists, and drive continuous improvement through technical projects and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline (postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications are advantageous).
  • •Significant experience within theme parks, attractions, or a comparable technical services environment.
  • •Proven leadership experience managing maintenance or facilities teams at a managerial level.
  • •Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, controls, and automation systems, including motors, utilities, and infrastructure.
  • •Sound understanding of safety, risk management, and compliance within an engineering environment.
