Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the Material Planning team, including hiring, mentoring, coaching, and fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
  • •Own and execute material planning strategy to ensure production has the right materials at the right time while optimizing inventory and minimizing shortages.
  • •Manage inventory health by running Clear To Build forums and monitoring safety stock, reorder points, excess inventory, and obsolete materials.
  • •Partner with suppliers and procurement teams to improve supply readiness by identifying constraints, mitigating supply risks, and building recovery plans for critical materials.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally (production planning, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, quality, and program management) and support NPI while leveraging ERP/MRP systems to drive planning accuracy and performance KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in material planning, supply planning, inventory management, production planning, or supply chain operations within manufacturing.
  • •3+ years of direct people management experience leading material planning, inventory planning, or supply chain teams.
  • •Experience managing Material Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory planning, supply planning, and replenishment in complex manufacturing.
