Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and deploy large-scale machine learning core technologies, including large pre-trained models and device-cloud collaboration learning.
  • •Develop and advance ultra-large-scale multimodal recommendation systems for short-video, text-based multimodal, and image platforms.
  • •Address challenges in unifying multimodal representations, efficient fusion, and stability/efficiency in end-to-end long-sequence modeling.
  • •Work on reducing training and inference bottlenecks and computational costs for ultra-large-parameter models.
  • •Contribute to algorithm-engineering co-design and heterogeneous hardware adaptation for scalable deployment of high-performance frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completing a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Proficiency in one or more programming languages (C/C++/Go/Python/Java) in a Linux environment.
  • •Deep understanding of distributed system principles, including designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale distributed systems.
  • •Familiarity with Kubernetes architecture and extensive experience in cloud-native system development.
  • •Experience with at least one mainstream machine learning framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MXNet).
