Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the MAC Move Management Program across multiple campuses and locations.
  • •Supervise, coach, and develop a team of three move management professionals.
  • •Manage weekly BAU move activity and project-related relocations, including major relocations, renovations, restacks, and departmental moves.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders and service providers, ensuring spaces are prepared/turned over and laboratory transitions include decontamination and decommissioning.
  • •Maintain move schedules, documentation, metrics, reporting, and provide post-move hyper-care with timely resolution of issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent (8–10 years) in move management, facilities management, workplace services, project management, or related disciplines.
  • •Experience leading teams and managing operational workloads.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing large-scale relocations, occupancy initiatives, and project-related moves.
  • •Experience coordinating activities across multiple sites/campuses and complex facility environments.
  • •Experience managing vendors/contractors and cross-functional stakeholder groups.
