Join the Cordant Services Remote Monitoring team to support customers worldwide by reviewing real-time vibration, temperature, and process data from machinery and monitoring systems. Based in the North America remote monitoring hub in Minden, Nevada, you’ll validate potential issues, log and track them in a web-based case portal, troubleshoot with subject matter experts, and prepare technical exceptions and periodic customer reports while following Cordant Services guidelines.

•Log and track issues using the web-based case management portal.
•Produce technical exceptions and periodic reports for customer presentation.
•Collaborate and troubleshoot with subject matter experts to resolve complex customer machinery and system issues.
•Execute work according to Cordant Services guidelines.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering or Technical discipline.
•At least 5 years of working experience in Condition Monitoring in a similar customer delivery role.
•Minimum ISO Cat II Vibration Analysis Certification.
•Knowledge of mechanical vibration, rotating machinery vibration/diagnostics, rotor dynamic analysis, machinery balancing and alignment.
•Ability to interpret machinery mechanical and electrical drawings/specifications and work proficiently with monitoring systems and transducers.
