Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of engineering professionals delivering transportation and infrastructure projects across New Brunswick.
•Champion resource planning, recruitment, career development, and performance management to grow the transportation and infrastructure practice.
•Drive business development, build trusted client partnerships, and elevate WSP’s regional market presence.
•Guide project managers in proactively managing scope, schedule, financials, quality, and delivery using WSP’s project management tools.
•Oversee workload balancing and utilization, supporting inter-office collaboration across Atlantic Canada.

Key Requirements

•A degree in Civil Engineering (or diploma in civil technologies) with eligibility for P.Eng. or CET registration in New Brunswick.
•10 years of experience delivering and leading infrastructure projects such as corridor improvements, culvert replacements, drainage systems and/or bridge replacements.
•Strong familiarity with municipal, provincial and federal clients, permitting processes, and infrastructure priorities within Atlantic Canada.
•Proven ability to mentor, develop, and motivate technical teams while fostering a collaborative culture.
•Business development experience with demonstrated success building client relationships and growing market share.
