Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate shipping and logistics with the transportation coordinator, prepare and process shipping documents, and manage loading of outgoing shipments.
•Inspect incoming/outgoing inventory for accuracy and quality; tag materials and move them with pallet jack or forklift.
•Ensure quality check sheets are completed to company standards and document damages, overages, or shortages; photograph projects for quality history.
•Uphold safety and company policies; provide input on staffing and training to foster a positive team culture.
