Sales Support Representative

Support customers alongside Sales associates by helping determine the best products and solutions. Provide personalized service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders, coordinate deliveries for customers, and handle sales calls to resolve questions and concerns. Use a customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system to manage interactions efficiently. This is an on-the-ground role with customer focus, fast pace, and opportunities to learn the business and products.
