Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise daily supply activities for equipment receipt, inspection, accountability, and turn-in.
  • •Ensure compliance with Army regulations and contract performance standards; enforce safety, discipline, and company and Army policies.
  • •Oversee inventories, accountability adjustments, and reconciliation of property records; verify turn-in documentation completeness and accuracy (e.g., DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts).
  • •Ensure accurate data entry into Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP) and maintain records in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 QMS and auditing requirements.
  • •Coordinate with PBO, COR, QA, transportation staff, and higher headquarters; support audits and Property Accountability Reviews (PARs) and investigate Loss, Damage, or Destruction (LDD) incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of supply/logistics experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • •Experience with equipment turn-in, property accountability, or Supply Support Activities (SSA) operations in the U.S. Army or as a contractor.
  • •Knowledge of Army supply and property accountability regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1).
  • •Familiarity with Army logistics systems such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP, plus understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and contract compliance requirements.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility.
