Own growth marketing strategy and execution across paid media, creative, customer acquisition, attribution, and performance analytics. Lead paid customer acquisition efforts across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels, managing media planning, buying, optimization, forecasting, and budget allocation to drive ROAS, CAC, and CLTV outcomes. Partner cross-functionally with lifecycle, ecommerce, retail, product, engineering, and brand teams to improve acquisition and conversion funnels, run experiments, and mentor marketing team members in a high-growth environment.
