Key Responsibilities

  • •Support onboarding of new hotel suppliers by collaborating with Engineering and supplier teams, including understanding supplier APIs and inventory structures.
  • •Analyze booking failures, supplier issues, API errors, availability gaps, and operational escalations to identify root causes and drive product improvements.
  • •Write PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release documentation, and partner with Engineering across discovery, development, testing, rollout, and post-launch analysis.
  • •Build dashboards and analyze supplier performance using SQL and analytics tools to monitor KPIs and identify trends.
  • •Leverage AI tools and LLM-based assistants to automate repetitive workflows, analyze supplier documentation, and improve product execution, while coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •3–7 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Platform Products, Data Analytics, or Software Engineering.
  • •Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • •Comfort working with APIs, backend systems, and technical products.
  • •Experience using SQL and Excel for data analysis.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ownership mindset.
