Key Responsibilities

  • •Review prime contract supply chain obligations and develop/implement the project Supply Chain Execution Plan (SCEP).
  • •Lead sourcing strategy, supplier prequalification, bid list development, and RFP issuance through evaluation, negotiations, and award recommendations.
  • •Oversee end-to-end procurement for critical packages (e.g., compressors, power gen, MAC package, water treatment plant, fabrication materials, major services) and approve purchase orders/agreements/variation orders within delegation.
  • •Manage subcontracting strategies and monitor subcontractor performance, schedule, claims exposure, and administration.
  • •Lead logistics planning and materials management (export/import, local content compliance, receiving/preservation/warehousing/inventory control) and develop/mentor buyers, expeditors, logistics coordinators, and subcontract administrators.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering or related discipline.
  • •20+ years of procurement/supply chain experience in FPSO projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of full life cycle procurement for major/complex topside and hull equipment packages.
  • •Proven negotiation skills and experience with global procurement.
  • •Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional skills in fast-paced project environments.
