Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a book of commercial customers end to end, keeping accounts and driving expansion as usage outgrows current plans.
  • •Spot expansion signals early, determine when accounts are ready to grow into more of what the company offers, and make expansion feel like the obvious next step.
  • •Work closely with Customer Success to understand what’s happening inside accounts, and with the wider GTM team to feed learnings into expansion strategy.
  • •Bring in Sales and Product when an account needs additional support to complete or accelerate growth paths.
  • •Use AI to build account plans faster, draft outreach, and test approaches to improve expansion playbooks.
