Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end execution and delivery of AI-native products from prototype to scalable production services.
  • •Architect, build, and productionize core AI platform components, including LLM ecosystems and agentic frameworks.
  • •Develop core agent capabilities such as MCP/cross-platform tool use, web browsing, and computer use.
  • •Enforce technical discipline and operational excellence for AI products, iterating based on performance metrics and user feedback.
  • •Lead evaluation and adoption of new AI technologies/frameworks and partner with product managers and engineering teams to deliver technical outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive professional experience in backend software engineering with expertise in Python, Golang, gRPC, AWS, and Kubernetes.
  • •Proven track record of owning and shipping complex, production-grade systems.
  • •Experience shipping and maintaining AI-native products/features (or demonstrated passion via significant personal AI projects).
  • •BS/MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
  • •[Preferred] Hands-on experience with modern AI/LLM ecosystem tools such as Databricks, Langchain, or MLflow.
