Job Summary

Manage the Solutions Engineering (SE) team across Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Malta with a focus on technical sales. Set objectives and FY strategy, delegate assignments, run performance evaluations and improvement plans, and oversee hiring in partnership with HR. Ensure the SE organization is scalable and customer-focused by driving product requirements, market trend analysis, post-sales escalation, and solution messaging/roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the SE team across Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Malta, including performance evaluations, guidance, disciplinary actions, and interviewing candidates.
•Define FY objectives, strategy, and priorities for the assigned SE team.
•Partner with management to plan headcount quarterly and yearly to scale the SE organization to meet goals.
•Develop and maintain SE partner plans (e.g., PS, support, Marketing, PM) and drive organizational effectiveness.
•Ensure customer success by driving product requirements, market/competitive trend analysis, solution messaging/roadmap, and post-sales escalation with support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 115,200 - 172,800 annually

Key Requirements

•BS or BA degree required, or relevant work experience.
•Several years of experience managing technical Solutions Engineers in a management role.
•Thorough understanding of networking technologies and application delivery.
•Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to articulate complex technologies.
•Self-motivated with the ability to persuade direct reports and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
