Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate directly with Allianz business units: check progress, follow up, and coordinate meetings and information requests.
  • •Prepare materials for leadership meetings, including presentations, spreadsheets, and summary reports on key figures and progress.
  • •Support and maintain documentation for the supplier risk assessment program, including research and preparation for review meetings.
  • •Improve supplier risk evaluation over time by contributing to assessment questions and refining how supplier risks are assessed.
  • •Manage and prioritize a shared team inbox by sorting requests, tracking them to resolution, and drafting responses.

Key Requirements

  • •You are enrolled at a university during the contract period, ideally in business, economics, information systems, or law.
  • •Confident use of Excel and PowerPoint to build spreadsheets and presentations.

  • •Available for at least 15–20 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months.
  • •First exposure to risk management, IT security, or regulatory topics is helpful (training is provided).
