Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all facets of project delivery for real estate projects, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk.
  • •Interface with clients to define requirements, prepare scope of work, delivery resourcing, cost/budget, cash flow, work plan schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Lead procurement activities including identifying delivery resources, running request for proposals, completing bid analysis, and recommending resources to clients.
  • •Implement communication plans and project documentation governance, ensuring accurate, timely, and coordinated project documentation and facilitating meetings.
  • •Supervise progress against goals, budgets, and timelines; report status/variances; craft action plans; manage change requests and develop risk mitigation/contingency plans.
